Dutch defender Ruben Ligeon can’t wait to play in the Eredivisie again after signing a deal with PEC Zwolle.

The right-back had been a free agent since leaving Slovan Bratislava in the summer and after a trial, he signed a two-and-a-half-year deal with PEC Zwolle.

Ligeon told the club’s website, ”From the moment that I arrived at PEC Zwolle I felt at home.

”I am looking forward to playing football again. I can’t wait to get started and play once the Eredivisie resumes this weekend after the winter break ”.

PEC Zwolle are currently 4th in the Eredivisie and play NAC Breda at home this Saturday in their first match after the winter break .
