According to reports in Spain, Barcelona and Ajax have reached an agreement for right-back Sergino Dest.

Barcelona are selling Nelson Semedo to Wolves for €40 million and will reinvest that money in a new right-back.

According to several outlets in Spain including TV3 and Diario Sport, Barcelona have agreed a fee of €20 million plus €5 million in bonuses with Ajax for Sergino Dest.

Bayern Munich appeared to be the favourites for the American international, but Dest prefers a move to Barcelona, and a deal is now close to completion.

Barcelona were also interested in Norwich City’s Max Aaron’s but Ronald Koeman prefers Dest.
