The highly rated Englishman is out of contract in the summer, and according to The Mirror, Ajax have been in contact over a pre-contract deal.
A deal could see Ince move to Amsterdam in the summer for nothing, or even in January if a small fee could be agreed with Blackpool. The fee could be as low as £500,000, a bargain for the highly talented winger.
However Ajax will face competition for the England U-21 international, with Manchester United, Liverpool, and Inter Milan all previously credited with interest.
The 21-year-old could have joined Cardiff in the summer, but chose to reject the £8 million deal, which would have seen him earn £40,000 a week.
Ince was brought through the Liverpool academy, but left for Blackpool in 2011 to gain first team football. Since then Ince has netted 32 times in 101 appearances for the Championship side.
The son of former Manchester United, and England ace Paul Ince, Tom is set to have a big future in football, and Ajax will be pulling off a great deal to persuade him to join the Eredivisie champions.
I can’t see this move happening because he can earn more money playing premier league football but for he would develop into a better player if he did move to Ajax
