Ajax have once again been linked with a move for Willem II midfielder Mike Trésor Ndayishimiye.

In October, rumours of an Ajax move for the Belgian was dismissed, but L’Equipe reported last month that Tresor was wanted in Amsterdam.

Now, Het Nieuwsblad is once again linking Ajax with a move for the 21-year-old. However, they will face competition from Wolfburg, AA Gent and Club Brugge.

According to the Belgian outlet, AA Gent have already placed an offer for the Belgian U21 international. The asking price is reportedly €4.5 million.

Tresor could be a replacement for Quincy Promes, who is being strongly linked with a move back to Spartak Moscow.
