Ajax are set to complete the signing of Melbourne Victory wonder-kid Sebastian Pasquali.

Melbourne Victory announced on their website that Pasquali had been left out of the squad for Monday’s tie with Wellington Phoenix after the midfielder agreed to join Ajax. The Amsterdam club are yet to announce the signing of the 16-year-old but the deal should be completed shortly.
Pasquali has only made two league appearances for Melbourne but made a name for himself in the friendly victory over Juventus in the summer. The youngster appeared from the bench before putting in an impressive performance and scoring the winning goal from the penalty spot.
