ajasTwo year contracts have been signed by midfielders Danny Baker, Milan Vissie, and goalkeeper Xavier Mous. There is an option of another year for all three players.

Baker (18) is a midfielder, who can play in front of the defence or behind a striker, while Vissie (19) plays on the right of midfield. Mous (18) is very highly rated by the club and is currently training with the first team.

It is likely that all three will play a part at some point in the Eerste Divisie with Jong Ajax, or in Ajax’s A1 youth team.

Director of football affairs Marc Overmars had this to say,“For these guys it’s their first contract.”

“The next two years we want to go and see if they can really break through. Every workout, every game they have to convince Ajax coaches Andries Ulderink and Jaap Stam try of their quality.”
