The Amsterdam side can offer not only first team football, but also Champions league action to the 18 year old which will help the youngster in his development.
In fact the Spanish youth international made his only UEFA Champions League appearance against the club when he came on as a substitute in a 2-1 loss to Ajax. In addition to that he has played in one La Liga match for the Catalan club, a 4-0 win over Granada.
In order to land the winger Ajax will have to ward off interest from half the La Liga sides and a host of Premier League clubs including Manchester United, Southampton, Stoke City and Everton.
However Ajax have a good relationship with Barcelona having recently loaned both Isaac Cuenca, and Bojan from the Spanish giants.
