In his interview with Football-Oranje, Eiting said, “Life has been really great. I didn’t know what to expect from my move to England, but I’m really happy.”

He added, “The people are really nice. I live close to Leeds; the city is really nice. Huddersfield, the club, is actually amazing. The competition [The Championship] is exactly what I expected, with intensity – the set pieces also play a big role in the game.”

When asked about whether he would stay at the English club, Eiting refused to rule out staying with Huddersfield beyond this season, but admitted, “I have no idea. I really enjoy it. I hope I can play in front of the fans. We’ll see at the end [of the season]; it’s so far away. I’m just enjoying my time developing as a player and as a human.”

Eiting spoke about Carlos Corberán, his time with Ajax and more in the full interview. Click here to watch it all, or press play on the video below.
