Nathan Ake has once again been sent out on loan by Chelsea with the Dutchman to spend next season with fellow Bournemouth.

The 21-year-old, who can play along the defence or in midfield, spent last season on loan with Watford, making 32 appearances and earning the club’s young player of the year award.
However, the defender is still not a part of Chelsea’s first-team plans and in order to develop Ake has been sent to Bournemouth for another season-long loan deal.
Ake signed a new five-year deal with Chelsea last year and has so far made 12 appearances for his parent club.
