According to BBC Wales Sport, Swansea City are looking to sign PSV Eindhoven right-back Santiago Arias.

The Premier League club recently sold Gylfi Sigurdsson to Premier League rivals Everton for £45 million and will look to use the money to strengthen their squad.
One target is said to be PSV’s Santiago Arias, who has also been linked with both Tottenham and Chelsea this summer.
The 25-year-old Colombian has been with PSV since joining from Sporting Lisbon in 2013. Since then he has made 105 league appearances for the club, scoring five times.
