AZ Alkmaar eased into the Europa League group stage after a 3-0 aggregate win over Vojvodina. The second leg finished 0-0 in the AFAS Stadion.

The convincing 3-0 win in Serbia last week meant AZ already had one foot in the group stage and they comfortably saw out the tie on Thursday to join Ajax and Feyenoord in Friday’s draw.
AZ Alkmaar were the better side on Thursday but couldn’t find the goal their play deserved. Fred Friday missed with a header in the first half, before Ron Vlaar and Mattias Johansson went close to breaking the deadlock after the break. At the other end Dejan Meleg fired a free-kick wide of Sergio Rochet’s goal in the only real Vojvodina chance.
AZ will find out their group stage opponents when the draw takes place at midday on Friday.
