haye hjuHaye, a Dutch U-19 International, was out of contract in the summer but Voetbal International now report that a new three year deal has been agreed with an option of another year.

The 19 year old made his league debut against Ajax last week, coming on as a 70th minute substitute in the 4-0 defeat, after impressing in his appearances for the clubs youth teams.

Haye was part of a hugely talented Netherlands U-17 squad that won back to back European Championships in 2011, and 2012, beating Germany in both finals. His performances during the 2012 tournament earned him a place in the best XI of the tournament, along with fellow Dutchman Nathan Ake.

The midfielder will now hope to emulate his fellow team mates from those tournaments, who have broken into their clubs first teams, like Memphis Depay, and Tonny Vilhena.
