Bakkali is set to turn 18 in January, and despite having a deal until 2015, PSV hope that the winger will commit his future to the club. However after a number of impressive performances the interest from around Europe is growing in the 17-year-old wonderkid.
Manchester United, Chelsea, and Arsenal have all been linked with the Belgian international as the biggest clubs in Europe begin to circle for the youngster.
Talks between Bakkali and PSV have already started, and according to director Marcel Brands the winger has indicated that he wants to stay with the club.
Brands told Voetbal International, “Zakaria is satisfied with PSV and has indicated that he still wants to continue to develop here,”
Bakkali has so far netted three goals in ten league games this season, and made his debut for Belgium’s national team in the 1-1 draw against Wales last month.
