According to Mundo Deportivo, Barcelona are scouting the Netherlands intensively and have set their sights specifically on three Dutch internationals.

Since Johan Cruijff’s arrival at the club, Barcelona have always had a close relationship with Dutch players. Frenkie de Jong is currently a star of their midfield, while Ludovit Reis and Xavier Mbuyamba are also on their books.

Mundo Deportivo is reporting that Barcelona have been watching the Eredivisie closely this season, in what is being called ‘Operación Oranje.’

Ajax youngsters Ryan Gravenberch and Naci Unuvar have been watched several times, but they are not the main targets.

PSV Eindhoven striker Donyell Malen, along with AZ Alkmaar duo Calvin Stengs and Myron Boadu, are seen as three big prospects and future signings for the club.

Malen (21) is being closely followed by several clubs after an excellent start to the season that saw the forward net eleven goals in fourteen league games before he succumb to a knee injury. Boadu (19) has 14 league goals for AZ, and has formed a very productive partnership with winger Stengs (21).

All three players are represented by agent Mino Raiola and have lengthy contracts with their clubs.
