Spanish giants Barcelona are closely following the progress of Ajax midfielder Riechedly Bazoer according to reports in Spain.

Spanish newspaper Mundo Deportivo is reporting today that Barcelona scouts have been present at several Ajax games to watch Bazoer in action, while technical director Robert Fernandez paid a visit to Amsterdam on Sunday to watch him against PSV.
The 18-year-old has been outstanding for Ajax so far this season and was handed his first call-up to the Dutch national team on Sunday as a replacement for the injured Davy Klaassen.
Bazoer, who has drawn comparison’s to Frank Rijkaard, has a contract with Ajax until 2020.
