Timo Baumgartl is set to leave PSV Eindhoven to sign for Premier League side Fulham.

According to Voetbal International, Fulham will loan the German centre-back from PSV with an option to buy.

PSV paid Stuttgart around €10 million to sign Baumgartl last summer, but the defender has failed to make an impression in Eindhoven.

Jordan Teze and Olivier Boscagli are the first-choice centre-backs for Roger Schmidt this season, and Baumgartl has been allowed to depart.

PSV are also set to loan Bruma to Olympiacos and will then look to sign replacements before the window shuts on Monday night.
