AZ Alkmaar winger Steven Berghuis has completed his move to Premier League side Watford FC for a fee around £4.9 million.

The deal has been in the pipeline for the last two weeks, but was held up as AZ Alkmaar and Watford agreed a fee. Now that both clubs are in agreement, Berghuis has completed his move to England, signing a four-year-deal with the Hornets.
Berghuis, who is mainly a right sided winger, started his career with FC Twente before moving to AZ Alkmar in 2012. In three years with AZ, the 23-year-old made 70 Eredivisie appearances and scored 19 goals.
Earlier this summer Berghuis was called up to the Netherlands squad, but failed to make his national team debut during the loss to USA and win over Latvia.
