The winger joined Tottenham from PSV Eindhoven in January and made an immediate impact on his debut. The striker scored the opening goal in a 2-0 win over Manchester City.
The winger brought the ball down on his chest before finding the net with an excellent strike.
Bergwijn has now been nominated for the Premier League goal of the month award along with Richarlison (Everton), Matej Vydra (Burnley), Marcos Alonso (Chelsea), Enda Stevens (Sheffield United), Jamal Lewis (Norwich City), Anthony Martial and Mason Greenwood (Manchester United).
Georginio Wijnaldum was the last Dutchman to win the award in 2017.
