According to L’Equipe, Bordeaux have made a €6 million offer for PSV Eindhoven striker Luuk de Jong.

The French newspaper is reporting that the Ligue 1 side’s interest in the forward has intensified in recent hours and an official bid has now reached PSV. The bid submitted is believed to be €2 million short of PSV’s asking price.
De Jong has been heavily linked with a move away from Eindhoven after falling out of favour with Phillip Cocu. A move to Hannover 96 was rumoured but it now appears that France is the most likely destination for the 27-year-old, who has been with PSV since 2014.
