Former PSV player Wilfried Bouma has advised Memphis Depay to stay on at PSV Eindhoven.

The 20 year old was linked with a move to English Premier League on the back of a storming World Cup in Brazil, with both Tottenham and Manchester United interested.
This is what Bouma had to say to Omroep Brabant, “It would not be inconvenient if he stayed another year at PSV. He has had a fantastic World Cup: then you stand in the spotlight and are suddenly called for huge sums, it’s hard to say no.
Another former PSV player Boudewijn Zenden believes that the midfielder should stay at the Philips Stadion till the 2016 European Championships.
Since making his debut in 2011, the Dutch international has played in 60 Eredivisie games for the club.
