Bruma joined PSV Eindhoven from RB Leipzig last summer for €12 million but has been unable to succeed in the Eredivisie.
The Portuguese winger has now joined Olympiacos on a season-long loan deal with the option to make it permanent. He made 35 appearances for PSV, scoring five goals.
PSV have also allowed midfielder Michal Sadilek to leave for Slovan Liberec on a season-long loan deal.
Both players did not feature in Roger Schmidt’s plans for this season.
