Cambuur are still searching for their first win of the season after being held to a 1-1 draw by ADO Den Haag.

The first half was a nervous affair in Leeuwarden with both sides desperate to avoid another defeat. Cambuur largely had the better of the possession during the first half, but they were dealt a big blow when Bartholomew Ogbeche was forced off injured just after the half hour mark.
ADO Den Haag barely threatened but two minutes into the second half they led as Mike Havenaar was given too much space to head in Edouard Duplan’s cross.
The lead only lasted five minutes though with Furdjel Narsingh taking advantage of an error from Aaron Meijers before racing through on goal and finishing past Martin Hansen.
Cambuur gained confidence from the leveler and they should have picked up all three points, but both Xander Houtkoop and Sjoerd Overgoor failed to net when put through one-on-one with Hansen.
Cambuur remain 17th with the point, while ADO Den Haag climb one spot to 14th.
