Cambuur have secured the loan signing of Groningen midfielder Tom Hiariej until the end of the season.

The 27-year-old is in his ninth season at Groningen, but has found himself on the fringes this year, and joins Cambuur in search of first team action.
Cambuur coach Henk de Jong will hope that Hiariej can provide cover in front of a defence, which has already been strengthened with the loan signing of Darryl Lachman from Sheffield Wednesday.
Hiariej has made over 140 appearances in the Eredivisie since 2007.
