According to ELF Voetbal, Utrecht right-back Giovanni Troupee is a wanted man with clubs from England, Germany and Scottish giants Celtic all interested in the youngster.

The 19-year-old full-back has been outstanding for Utrecht so far this season, scoring three goals and adding three assists in 29 league appearances.
Troupee has a contract with Utrecht until the summer of 2019 but several clubs are eyeing a move for the Netherlands U19 international. ELF Voetbal is reporting that scouts from Bournemouth, Middlesbrough, Eintracht Frankfurt and Celtic have all been present at De Galgenwaard to watch Troupee in action.
AZ failed in a bid to sign Troupee in January, while there is also expected to be interest from the top three in Netherlands this summer.
