Vitesse Arnhem have confirmed that Chelsea midfielder Lewis Baker will return to the club on loan next season.

The 21-year-old spent last season in Arnhem, scoring five times in 31 league appearances for the club before returning to London in the summer. However, Chelsea have agreed to allow the midfielder to return to Vitesse for another year.
Speaking to the Vitesse website, Baker said, “There was interest from several clubs. Together with my family and Chelsea I have discussed the options and we all believed that another year at Vitesse was the best option. ”
Baker is the second Chelsea player to return to Arnhem this summer with Nathan also signing on for another year.
