The attacking midfielder who joined the Blues in 2013 is yet to play for his parent club having immediately joined the Arnhem club after signing from Auxerre in France.
This is what Technical manager Mo Alllach told the Vitesse website:
‘We are delighted Bertrand will join us again. He knows our way of working and our kind of style, also he impressed us with his personality.”
The two clubs have joined an excellent working relationship over the years and last season the West London Club had many players on loan at Vitesse. The Eredivisie Club earlier in the season sold Marco Van Ginkel to Chelsea.
Along with Traore, Brazilian defender Wallace will also be joining the club on loan.
The two clubs will also be playing a friendly on July 30th.
