According to De Telegraaf, Groningen midfielder Tjarron Chery is set to join English Championship side QPR.

The midfielder will head to London for a medical on Monday before signing a multi-year-contract with QPR, who were relegated to the Championship last season. Groningen will receive a fee close to €3 million.
Chery joined originally joined Groningen on loan from ADO Den Haag in 2013, but made the move permanent a year later. The former FC Twente star made 65 league appearances for Groningen, scoring 22 goals. He was also a major part in the squad which lifted Groningen’s first ever KNVB Cup last season
The 27-year-old was called up to the Dutch national squad this summer for the tie with USA, but did not make his debut in the defeat.
