The 46-year-old was present at Camp Nou on Wednesday to watch his former side hammer Osasuna 7-1 and spark rumours that he is in the running to replace Luis Enrique who leaves Barcelona at the end of the season.
Cocu told a local radio station before the game that he was interested in coaching the Catalan giants one day, and according to De Telegraaf, Barcelona chiefs have the PSV boss on their shortlist.
However, the same report claims that Athletic Bilbao coach Ernesto Valverde is the favourite to take over.
