English Premier League side Crystal Palace are set to appoint Frank de Boer as their new head coach.

De Boer has been out of work since his short spell in charge of Inter Milan ended in November last year, but the former Ajax boss has finally found a new club.

According to various media outlets, De Boer has been offered the Crystal Palace vacancy and is currently discussing the final details of the deal. He will take over from Sam Allardyce, who retired in the summer after guiding the London-based side to safety.

The 47-year-old had previously been linked with Club Brugge, Rangers, and Southampton this summer, but with Crystal Palace, he will finally get back to work.
