According to De Telegraaf, Frank de Boer’s Crystal Palace will sign Ajax defender Jairo Riedewald for a fee of €8 million.

It became clear last week that Riedewald was heading away from Amsterdam, and according to De Telegraaf he will join up with former boss Frank de Boer at Crystal Palace.
The London club have reportedly tabled a bid of €8 million plus bonuses for the 20-year-old, which has beaten off competition from fellow Premier League side Everton. Unless a mega bid trumps Palace’s, Riedewald is heading to the Eagles.
De Telegraaf also add that Riedewald could have joined Tottenham last January, but decided to fight for his future at Ajax.
