Netherlands coach Danny Blind is happy for Memphis Depay after his summer transfer from PSV Eindhoven to Manchester United.

The Oranje boss believes the move to Manchester United is the right step for Memphis, who will develop greatly under Louis van Gaal.
Blind is quoted by Voetbal International saying, “I am delighted for him,”
“It is an excellent transfer for an excellent player. He has a good coach who knows him well there. That is important.”
Netherlands were drawn along with France, Sweden, Bulgaria, Belarus and Luxembourg in their qualifying group for the 2018 World Cup on Saturday, and Blind believes players like Memphis will be crucial to come out on top.
He added, “France has a whole arsenal of top players to draw from, but we also have a lot of individual class”
