De Boer stated earlier this week that Tottenham had made a casual approach to Ajax director Marc Overmars over his availability, and expressed his interest to speak to the Premier League club.
Today after seeing his side end the season with a 2-2 draw against NEC Nijmegen, De Boer said he expects to remain at the Eredivisie champions next season, but he will talk to interesting clubs.
De Boer is quoted by RTL saying, “I expect to lead the first training session on 23 June,”
“Again, I do not mind talking to an interesting club. That includes Spurs. But there is no interest. And I have no intention to leave. I’m happy to work another year at Ajax.”
The Dutchman who has won a record breaking four Eredivisie titles in a row, is currently the favourite to take over at Tottenham, who are expected to replace Tim Sherwood this summer.
