All the players of Juventus, including Matthijs de Ligt, have agreed to take a pay cut in order to help the club amid the corona virus outbreak.

According to Tuttosport, club captain Giorgio Chiellini held a conference call with his teammates in order to agree on a temporary salary decrease from March until June.

The club have now confirmed the agreement and believe that the move will end up saving the club around €90 million while they are not actually playing any football in Italy.

There is still no date on when Serie A will resume with Italy passing over 10,000 deaths due to corona virus on Saturday.
