According to reports in Italy, Matthijs de Ligt is very close to making his return to action for Juventus.

The defender had shoulder surgery in August but returned to light training with his Juventus teammates last week.
According to Sky Sports Italia journalist Gianluca Di Marzio, De Ligt is set to get the medical green light to return to action this week.
Juventus boss Andrea Pirlo is struggling with a lack of options defensively and the return of De Ligt will be a big boost for the club.
However, it remains to be seen if Wednesday’s clash with Barcelona will come too soon for the defender.
