Bild are reporting that Ajax centre-back Matthijs de Ligt is open to a move to Bayern Munich this summer.

The German giants are set to overhaul their defence this summer with both Jerome Boateng and Mats Hummels possibly on their way out.

Bayern reportedly want to replace the ageing duo with a young centre-back and have two targets. Matthijs de Ligt of Ajax and Atletico Madrid’s Lucas Hernandez.

Bild reports that de Ligt sees Bayern Munich as an interesting option but the transfer fee may be an issue for the Bundesliga side. Ajax reportedly want €75 million for the 19-year-old.

Barcelona, Manchester City, Juventus, Liverpool and Arsenal are all said to be in the race for the Dutch international.
