English Championship side Derby County have completed the signing of NAC Breda defender Isak Sswankambo.

The 18-year-old Swedish international, who can play at both right back and in midfield has signed a two and a half year deal after impressing on trial with the English club, who are managed by former Twente boss Steve McClaren.
Sswankambo joined NAC Breda from Chelsea in the summer on a one-year-deal, but has left on a free transfer after 13 appearances for the Eredivisie strugglers.
