Heracles Almelo striker Cyriel Dessers has been named as the Eredivisie player of the month for November.

The striker was in sensational form during November, scoring six goals and adding two assists.

Dessers is now the Eredivisie top goalscorer and on Thursday he was presented with the player of the month trophy.

AZ Alkmaar left-back Owen Wijndal was named as the young player of the month for the second time this season.
