Javairo Dilrosun netted as Hertha Berlin defeated Augsburg 2-0 on Saturday.

After two cameo’s from the bench, Dilrosun was handed his first start since the league returned.

The winger was the one who broke the deadlock in the 23rd minute, showing some excellent composure in the box before lashing the ball into the net.

Dilrosun played 91 minutes before being substituted and Krzysztof Piatek added a late second. Hertha are now 9th in the table.

Elsewhere, Wout Weghorst’s Wolfsburg lost 2-1 to Eintracht Frankfurt with Bas Dost assisting the winning goal. Davy Klaassen’s Werder Bremen also earned a crucial 1-0 win over Schalke 04.
