The 18-year-old, who joined Manchester City from PSV Eindhoven two-years ago, is highly rated by the Premier League side and signed a new long-term deal a year ago.
However, Braaf is unhappy with the lack of chances he is getting to train with the first-team and thought he would be more involved. The Daily Mail is reporting that a breakdown in communication from the club to the player is now set to result in an exit.
Braaf could be allowed to leave on loan in January but a permanent deal is more likely with a number of Bundesliga sides interested in signing the Netherlands U18 international.
Braaf has scored 12 goals in 24 appearances for Manchester City’s U23 side.
