The clash between Emmen and Cambuur ended 0-0 on Sunday afternoon.

This was the first ever Eredivisie meeting between the two clubs and it was not one to remember for the attending fans.

Jamie Jacobs and Tom Boere both wasted chances to put the visitors in front in the first-half, while after the break, Jari Vlak went close for the hosts.

The game ended 0-0 and it ends a run of seven losses for Cambuur, who remains bottom. Emmen is in 16th.

The most memorable moment of the game came from the Cambuur fans, who chanted their support to an Emmen fan who recently lost his 14-year-old daughter. They showered the pitch with cuddly todays and held a banner of support to the fan.
