Emmen came back from 2-0 down to earn a 2-2 draw at home to Fortuna Sittard.

Both sides went into the game without a win so far this season, and the early stages were cagey.
With the first chance of the game, Fortuna Sittard took the lead in the 18th minute. Sebastien Polter finished after Lisandro Semedo capitalised on a Caner Cavlan slip. Five minutes later, Fortuna doubled their lead through Semedo, whose strike flew through the hands of Dennis Telgenkamp.
Six minutes into the second half, Nikolai Laursen pulled one back for the hosts. On the hour, Cavlan set up an unmarked Michael de Leeuw to equalise.
Emil Hansson thought he had won it late on for Fortuna Sittard but VAR spotted he was offside.
The wait for a win goes on for both sides. Emmen sits 15th and Fortuna Sittard are 17th.
