Emmen’s excellent home form continued on Saturday as they eased to a 3-0 victory over VVV-Venlo.

Hans de Koning’s side headed to Emmen unbeaten in their last seven games since the head coach took over the club. However, they were no match for the hosts.

Nikolai Laursen opened the scoring just after the break with a nice move and low strike into the bottom corner.

Seven minutes later, Marko Kolar received the ball at his feet and the striker hammered it into the roof of the net. Laursen then made it 3-0 with a lovely volley.

Emmen have now won five home games in a row and they sit in a comfortable 12th spot. VVV are one spot below them.
