Its been an excellent season back in the Eredivisie for Willem II, and they beat ADO Den Haag 1-0 in their final home game of the campaign.

Both sides went into the match with nothing more to play for this season, but honour, and the first half was evidence that both clubs were looking forward to their holidays, with neither creating any noteworthy opportunities.
However after the break the match livened up, with Michiel Kramer denied by Kostas Lamprou when one-on-one with the goalkeeper, before Samuel Armenteros opened the scoring on 62 minutes with his tenth of the season.
ADO Den Haag pushed for a late equaliser, but Willem II stood strong to hold onto the three points, which lifts them to ninth, while ADO Den Haag sit 13th.
