Dutch minister Minister Hugo de Jonge has stated that fans will only be able to return to stadiums once a vaccine for corona virus has been found.

On Wednesday, Dutch prime minister Mark Rutte confirmed that football can return on the 1st of September, but without fans.
Now in a letter to the House of Representatives, Huge de Jonge has stated that opening up the stadiums to fans will not be possible without a vaccine.
He said, “We cannot yet mention a date for the last step, the massive events with a national appearance.
“Actually, that is only possible once there is a vaccine and nobody knows how long it will take. Of course we hope for soon, but a year or more is very real. ”
