Kostas Lamprou:The Willem II goalkeeper was fundamental to his side holding PSV Eindhoven to a 0-0 draw on Saturday. Lamprou dealt with everything the champions could throw at him.

Hans Hateboer: The right-back may have announced his decision to depart Groningen last week, but the right back showed he was still a key member of their squad with a great performance in the 2-1 win over ADO Den Haag. Hateboer opened the scoring for his side with a lovely volley.

Daley Sinkgraven: The midfielder is adapting well to his new position at left back and put in a strong performance in the 5-0 win over NEC. Sinkgraven constantly bombed down the wing and got himself an assist with a great cross to Kasper Dolberg. Sinkgraven completed 3 dribbles, made four tackles and four interceptions.

Peet Bijen: Twente may have failed to beat 10-man Utrecht but Bijen put in an excellent performance at centre-back. He assisted Hidde Ter Avest to open the scoring, and kept Richairo Zivkovic and Sebastien Haller quiet for most of the game. Bijen made four tackles and six interceptions during the game.

Etienne Reijnen: Another Groningen player that has refused to sign a new deal with the club, Reijnen was excellent in the win over ADO Den Haag and capped his performance with two assists.

Hakim Ziyech: Ajax ran riot against NEC on Sunday and Ziyech was a constant thorn in the Nijmegen sides defence. The midfielder made six key passes and had six shots on goal, and was only denied a goal by some excellent goalkeeping.

Lasse Schone: The Dane not only got himself an assist against his former club NEC, he capped the 5-0 win with a fantastic goal. Schone powerfully curled a strike into the top corner from just outside the box.

Karim El Ahmadi: Feyenoord’s midfield enforcer had another good game on Sunday in the 3-0 win over PEC Zwolle, and capped his performance with a well taken goal.

Dirk Kuyt: Feyenoord initially struggled to break down PEC Zwolle, but Kuyt got the crucial goal which sent them on their way to a 3-0 win. The veteren then sealed the victory late on by setting up Jens Toornstra to make it 3-0.

Samuel Armenteros: Heracles were heading for a defeat against Go Ahead Eagles, until Armenteros stepped up with two excellent goals. The striker rifled a volley into the net to make it 1-1 before he netted the winner with a fine run past two defenders and a calm finish in the box.

Kasper Dolberg: Ajax’s young goal machine was on fire on Sunday to net his first senior career hat-trick in the 5-0 win over NEC. It took the Dane less than 20 minutes in the first half to put the game to bed with three excellent finishes.
