According to De Telegraaf, Everton are interested in signing PSV left-back Jurich Carolina.

The newspaper is reporting that Everton boss Ronald Koeman has been following the 18-year-old talent for a while and is now ready to sanction a move to bring him to England.
Carolina is yet to make his debut for the PSV first team, but he has made nine appearances in the Eerste Divisie for Jong PSV this season.
A Netherlands U19 international, Carolina is a left back, but can also play in the centre of defence. He has a contract with PSV until 2018.
