According to The Mirror, Everton boss Ronald Koeman is hoping to sign Ajax captain Davy Klaassen in the summer.

The 24-year-old has been indicating recently that he may finally be ready to leave Amsterdam this summer and there is certainly not a shortage of suitors for the midfielder.
Napoli have been heavily linked with Klaassen for years and are set to renew their interest, while The Mirror is now reporting that Everton are also looking to sign the Dutch international. The report states that Everton boss Ronald Koeman has been personally scouting Klaassen as he prepares a summer move.
Klaassen has made 162 appearances for Ajax, scoring 50 goals. and adding 33 assists.
