According to Sky Sports, Martinez, who is in Brazil on media duties, was keen to take a closer look at the Dutch duo as both are potential targets for Everton this summer. The coach was spotted taking in Netherlands open training session alongside former international Ruud van Nistelrooy.
Feyenoord centre back Stefan de Vrij is of interest to a number of clubs, especially Serie A side Lazio, who have had two bids already rejected for the 22-year-old. Feyenoord are hoping to rake in around €8 million if they are to sell the defender.
Winger Jeremain Lens left PSV Eindhoven last summer to join Ukrainian side Dynamo Kiev but the player could look to leave amid political unrest in the country.
Everton have also been linked with another Dutchman by English media, with the daily Mail reporting this morning that the Premier League club could make a £2.5 million bid for Heerenveen midfielder Hakim Ziyech.
