The midfielder had a torrid time in England after joining Everton from Ajax last summer, only making seven Premier League appearances.

Klaassen is willing to fight for his place under new boss Marco Silva next season, but the Dutch international has been linked with a move to Turkey with Besiktas.

Everton reportedly want to sign Croatian defender Domagoj Vida from the Turkish giants but have had an opening bid of €10 million turned down. According to AMK Spor, Everton will now offer Klaassen to Besiktas in order to lower the fee for Vida.
