Excelsior have completed the signing Helmond Sport winger Stanley Elbers on a three year deal.

The 23-year-old moves to Excelsior as a replacement for Jordan Botaka, who is set to seal his transfer to English Championship side Leeds United before the transfer window shuts in the next few hours.
Elbers started his career with ADO Den Haag and made 20 appearances in the Eredivisie for the club, but moved to Helmond Sport in 2013. After 67 league games and 17 goals, Elbers now returns to the Eredivisie.
